On our journey to building a select portfolio of EOT trust clients, we are delighted to announce our appointment as independent trustee of leading Yorkshire building, electrical and plumbing contractors, Wheatley Mechanical and Electrical Building Services. After working with managing director, Nigel Wheatley and their lead advisors, RSM Tenon, over a number of months, the business successfully converted to being employee owned through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
